Welcome to my website.
I am a humanistic, integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, and a registered member of BACP. All of my therapeutic work is concerned with offering a confidential and welcoming space where you can explore your concerns and find new ways forward. I am AuDHD (both autistic and ADHD) and have a lot of experience working in therapy with neurodivergent people. I specialise in working with clients who have experienced previous harmful therapy, and more about that part of my work can be found here.
I have recently completed the CICS supervision diploma and will have some space available for new supervisees from September 2024. More information about my supervision practice will be available soon.
