Welcome to my website.
Therapy can be useful for a variety of reasons; it may be that you have a particular challenge which you are having difficulty navigating such as grief, or difficulties in relationships; perhaps just a general sense that you don't feel okay; or maybe you wish to learn more about yourself, and feel that a facilitative relationship can help you to connect with yourself in a deeper way. Therapy can provide an opportunity to look at aspects of your life in greater detail, helping to develop strategies and insight to resolve personal issues and find new ways forward.
I am a humanistic, integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, a registered member of BACP, and an accredited member of NCS. All of my therapeutic work is concerned with offering a confidential and welcoming space where you can explore your concerns and find new ways forward. I work with a wide variety of issues, and have additional training in a number of areas including bereavement and anger management. I specialise in working with clients who have experienced previous harmful therapy, and more about that part of my work can be found here.
I also write on topics relating to counselling and psychotherapy, and can be commissioned for writing work using the contact details available on this site.
