Welcome to my website.

I am a humanistic therapist, consultant, trainer and supervisor, and a registered member of BACP. All of my therapeutic work is concerned with offering a confidential and welcoming space where you can explore your concerns and find new ways forward. I am AuDHD (both autistic and ADHD) and have a lot of experience working in therapy with neurodivergent people. I specialise in working with people who have experienced previous harmful therapy. Please note my therapy practice is currently at capacity for long-term therapy. I have limited availability for supervision and consultation.
